::We've deleted the image because it had considerable shock value, not because of the article's content. A picture of an obviously dead and abused body would be problematic on any Wikia page. Please don't put it back up - but you're welcome to link to it, if you like. Thanks! Mira Laimedisc 19:27, dic 10, 2015 (CET)
:The italian wiki page about corpse prove you wrong https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadavere.

::it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cadavere has nothing to do with Wikia, because Wikipedia and Wikia are separate, but it's quite possible that you can find examples of corpses on Wikia. We look at each image we see or are told about carefully, both in content and context. Each wikia and each situation is different, and we look at it individually. We looked at this wikia, and this image, and have made a decision. I'm sorry, but the image has to stay off Wikia.

::As for the article itself: We know Nonciclopedia is all about satire, and generally tell complaining users so. We'll sometimes ask you to check on an article we've had complaints on. This is something we do on any of the Uncyclopedia family. Unless the article is outside the Terms of Use, we simply ask you to review the article (as we've done here for example), but the decision on whether or not to delete it or change it is all yours. Dear Mira Laime,
sorry for the late answer. Besides the questionability of deleting an image without even bothering to inform the community, or at least its admins, before acting, we wish to tell you that:
* That image was made public by the poor boy’s relatives themselves to denounce the disgraceful conduct of the police agents who were holding him. (related articles: https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Morte_di_Stefano_Cucchi and http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2009/nov/18/italy-death-in-custody-justice)
* That image has been circulating freely and without any censorship on ALL the mass media for a long time (https://www.google.it/search?q=stefano+cucchi+morte&source=lnms&tbm=isch&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwiBt9LDl9fJAhVDSBQKHYTtAToQ_AUIBygB&biw=1357&bih=835);
* The article that contained the image describes this sad story, emphasizing the fact that Cucchi died (was killed) as a result of repeated and unmotivated violence carried out by people who should have taken care of him.

For the reasons previously listed, we don't see any reason, neither ethical nor legal, to not reupload the image.<br />
Best regards<br />
Nonciclopedia Community

P.S.: oh, and Merry Christmas!

:The image's prior history and presence in the media doesn't factor into Wikia's decision not to allow it. When we decide to delete an image, we base that decision on the content of the image we see and the context we see it in on Wikia, but not on where else on the internet you might find it, or who might have put it there. We only follow our own guidelines when it comes to judging if an image is appropriate. Many visitors who come across this article will not know its history either - they'll just see a shocking image of a corpse. After all, we could otherwise be asked to accept porn images as well, since there are plenty of sites available where those are hosted freely.

:In the case of this article, our team has decided not to allow the image, so please don't upload it again. If it's vital to illustrate the point of the article, you're still welcome to link to it, though!

:I hope this helps explain our thought process behind deleting the image. We all wish you a Merry Christmas, too! Mira Laimedisc 20:17, dic 22, 2015 (CET)
